Each organization has its own life and has evident as well as hidden potentials. When I meet an organization and its people for the first time I focus intensively on its potentials. Many of these are often not so easy to perceive at first glance. This is an important stage for me. As the knowledge of the true potential is my pilot during the whole process. My work consists of uncover these potentials.

For this purpose I create special spaces in which there is no pressure, but clarity, possibility and transformation.

I would like to present to you two examples of what is fascinating in my work as a navigator in leading and navigating the new.

On the one hand there are the many unexpected possibilities which unfold when you create generative spaces.

On the other hand the field of work is exciting. In leading and navigating the new we use settings and tools which are absolutely innovative and at the same time we follow on from people’s already existing talents. Even persons who have never even heard of these settings and tools thus achieve excellent results within the shortest period of time. This doesn’t cease to surprise and inspire me.
