To the people and organizations working together with us, I would like to offer something that goes far beyond the common. We see the common attitudes everywhere: it is what brought us to where we stand today. Common attitudes do not lead to any positive change; as they neither allow clarity about the current condition, nor do they allow the meaningful orientation to the best possible future. We see this very clearly. The common attitude deals with the solution of problems instead of creating something new; it puts old questions and therefore only provides with old answers. However, the New cannot arise from the Old.

Since 1986 I have been dealing with the question how we as people can learn at all, with the question what really determines change, what distinguishes successful organizations and people and how organizations can address and create their own access to their best possible future. My work essentially consists of the fact that I create and navigate spaces where an organization can change and develop from the point of view of its best possible future.

“We have long since passed the point where only technical, only managerial know-how would guarantee the continuity, let alone the growth of an organization. Libraries are full of it; that is mostly just old knowledge that brought us exactly to the point where we stand today… We live in an era beyond all tools, where the personality of an executive is required; and we can no longer live in the illusion that an intelligent management and good tools would be near to sufficient in order to face the challenges of these times. “
